1. The customer says he is getting an error while logging in that says "Error Invalid Captcha"
It is known issue with some VPN services or cookies of the browser.
1. Have the customer check on other browser/computer/network. (may be ask to stop the VPN).
2. Clearing Cache helps us as well, if you find the incognito mode helped them logging in.
2. Customer says he is not able to login even with the correct email and password.
Some customers get confused with the email they have used for their Batch Leads account. In a few cases, there could be some typos too
Take their name and find the right email address and let the customer know.
Change their password (after letting the customer know) and check if you are able to login to his account on your end.
And then give the new password to the customer.
