After selecting the Contact List and finalizing your Template.

Final step is to click the "CREATE CAMPAIGN".

You will not be charged yet after creating the Direct Mail Campaign.

You will be charged when the" IN PRODUCTION" status is already highlighted / Completed.

That's the time that your Wallet Balance will be deducted by the cost of the Direct Mail Campaign.

You will be charged "per card."
