Answer:
To cancel your account go to your name at the top right-hand corner, then click My Profile> Billing. 
Let us know the reasons for your departure so we can make improvements. Choose from the provided options and move forward to the next step.
You'll have multiple options to choose from. If you decline all offers, please take a moment to complete a short survey, and the account will be marked for cancellation. It's important to note that once your account is closed, you won't have access to your current data.
