Question:

When uploading a list of records into BatchLeads, why do I get the following error?

"List not imported. Reason: Not Valid USPS"

Answer:

Add to Database and then those addresses will be imported on the system. There are records in your file that did not have a valid USPS address. This means that the USPS address validation check failed. The property address may not be formatted properly, or the address may be vacant and it may not be possible for mail to be delivered there.

You can force these records to be imported in BatchLeads if you desire. Click on Action > Add to Database while viewing the records, and the addresses will be force imported into the system.
