Why won't my message send?


Answer:

Occasionally messages will not send in BatchLeads. If your message isn't sending, it is likely that you've used a spam phrase, and the carrier is not allowing the message to go through to your prospect.
Try rewording your message and trying again. Carriers will flag as spam messages containing words like "mortage", "insurance", or "loan", so make sure you aren't using those words.
