The Basics


Understand your audience. The more you know who you’re marketing to, the better you’ll be at marketing to them. Find out what your audience's biggest challenges and pain points are. Then, help them solve those problems by showcasing our products. 


Provide value to your audience. Useful content gets clicks, and clicks get you a commission! Above all else, make sure that you’re providing high-quality, well-researched, and well-made content. Everything else will follow.


Build trust & credibility. If your audience trusts you, they’ll trust your recommendations. Creating content using our product and….. being successful using our product is one of the best ways to win over your audience. RJ Bates III is a master at this. Check out our BatchTV Youtube Channel where RJ does an over-the-shoulder show once a week. 


Track your results. Measuring your results is the best way to find out which of your strategies are working. This will also help you identify your highest-performing content. If you find that something is working better than others… then put more time into what’s working.


Think of the Pareto principle. The Pareto principle is also known as the 80/20 rule. In the case of affiliate marketing, this means that you should spend 20% of your time learning affiliate marketing’s ins and outs, while 80% should be applying what you’ve learned. Another way to apply this principle: 80% of your income will come from 20% of your efforts. Find out what that 20% is and make that the focus of your affiliate strategy.


Now that we have covered some of the basics, now let's dive into strategy.


Digital Content


All of our content creators including bloggers, social media influencers, and YouTubers have the same thing in common. They continuously publish content that resonates with their audience to gain influence and encourage clicks. 


A good example is how RJ Bates III’s Youtube Page focuses on wholesaling. He regularly publishes new content related to wholesaling to draw in an audience and then organically promotes BatchLeads in his videos.


Authenticity and audience engagement are two critical elements of affiliate marketing. If you can’t connect with your audience, they likely won’t buy the product you recommend. 


Not sure which platform to choose? Start on a platform you’re comfortable with. If you enjoy creating social media videos…. make Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram your platform. We find that putting out consistent value-based videos is one of the best ways to build an audience. If you’re a good writer, maybe blogging is the best route for you. Creating on platforms you already understand will help you create content that connects with your audience and drives affiliate sales.

Build an Audience


Your audience is everything. To build an audience first you have to reach them.


There are many ways to build an audience but some of the top ways are listed below: 


  • Grow your social media channels by providing value-based content. Ask for a subscribe or a follow so they can continue to receive value. 

  • Build an email list. You can give away a lead magnet in return for an email. Examples of lead magnets are:

    1. E-book

    2. 5 steps to “XYZ”

    3. Tips and tricks on how to “XYZ” 

    4. Monthly newsletter

    5. PDF download that provides value 

    6. A 30-minute phone call with you 

    7. A webinar with you 

    8. A free product 

    9. A Facebook mastermind 

  • Go to events. When you go to events, network as much as possible and have people follow your channel. Tell them you would like to give them value. 


The name of the game is to do what you can to increase the traffic to your website or social media page.


Reeling them in is just the first part, now it’s important to build trust between you and your audience to keep them coming back.


Don’t just try and sell anything to your audience in order to gain a quick buck. The more they feel your genuine interest, the more they will trust you.


Create a Challenge


One of the fastest and quickest ways to get your audience to sign up for one of our Batch Products is to launch a challenge!
