You can view your message inbox from the BatchLeads app, and manage your messages.
Start by going to the 3 lines in the top left hand corner to open your menu (shown in the 1st screenshot below) then go to "inbox". Simply tap on a message to open the thread. Reply to the message by typing it at the bottom, then tap send!
Tapping the message takes you to the Messaging screen, as shown below. You can see the original message that was sent to the contact, along with their response in blue.
From this Messaging screen, you can easily take a peek at the property that you're going to be discussing, by tapping the House icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
This shows the Property Details for the property associated with the message you were viewing, as below:
Click the Back arrow in the upper left hand corner of the screen to go back to your message thread.
To Respond to the message, type your message in the text window, and tap the airplane icon to the right to send the message:
Note that we set the Verified Homeowner flag as indicated by the green checkmark in the cloud icon above
to indicate that this is the homeowner of this property.
