You can Push Leads to Customer Relationship Managers (CRM's) in several ways. 

 

  1. Push To Podio (via email-to-app functionality)

  2. Use Zapier Webhooks

  3. API Connection

 

In this article, we are going to focus on the Email to App functionality within Podio. 

 

Step By Step Instructions:

  1. Go to Podio.

  2. Click the wrench in the app you want to add leads to.

  3. Click “Email to App” function.

  4. Copy the address it gives you.

  5. Go to BatchLeadStacker and Paste the copied address within the campaign settings under “Podio Push Email Address”

  6. Go to INBOX and click on the lead you want to push to CRM. Click “PUSH TO CRM” on the right side of the screen. 

If your CRM does not support push to email, you can use “Zapier Webhook” to push leads to your CRM.
