Subscription Cancellation Policy

At the end of your trial period, you will automatically be billed monthly. Customers are responsible for the full subscription in the monthly billing cycle at which they cancel. Once your account has been billed, all sales are final and there will be no refunds.

How to cancel your account on your own:

Go to your user icon, click on 'My Profile', navigate to 'Billing' under the Subscription Plan tab, scroll to the bottom, and click 'Cancel Account'. 

Tell us why you're leaving so we can improve. Select from the listed options and proceed to the next step 

You will be presented with several options. If all offers are declined, please complete a brief survey, and the account will be set to cancel. 
Please note that once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access your current data.
