Updating Your User Profile and Resetting Your Password Print

To access your User Account Settings and User Profile, click your user icon in the top right hand corner of the BatchLeads site.

Once you have accessed your User Profile, you can update the settings by clicking the Edit Profile icon, represented by a pencil in the upper right hand corner of the window.

This allows you to change any of your profile settings displayed, including your timezone.

To change your password, provide your Old Password, New Password, and Password Confirmation in the fields as indicated below, then Save your changes.
