BatchLeads creates Notification Messages for common occurrences. Notifications from the BatchLeads system can be viewed by clicking the Notifications icon at the top right hand corner of the site, near your User Profile icon.
Clicking the Notifications button brings down a list of the most recent notifications that have been generated for your account.

Unread messages will show with a dark blue icon on the left of side of the message, while read messages will have a grayed out icon.
The number that hovers over the notification icon (the bell) shows you how many messages you have that have not been marked as read.
Click the gear icon to access further options related to your notification messages.
