Quick Replies allow you to respond to a text message response quickly from a library of responses that you configure. The replies can be customized by using custom data Tags. Using Quick Replies is a fast and efficient way to manage your text communications, saving you the trouble of typing out individual replies to property owners. Start by clicking on your name in the top right corner then go to "My Profile". Go to "SMS settings" and open "quick replies" (shown in image below along with order of buttons to click). Creating a New Quick Reply

Once you have clicked Add New Reply Text, you will then provide a Tag Name to get started. The Tag Name is how the quick reply will be displayed when you look to use the quick reply from the Messages page. You can use a name like "Positive", to represent a response you'd use for someone responding positively regarding your contacting them about.

"Positive", to represent a response you'd use for someone responding positively regarding your contacting them about selling their property or label it as a question people frequently ask you while texting them. Provide your Reply Text, which is what will go into the actual message.

You can use the tokens on the right side to add Custom Fields to the message. For example, to include the Address of the property you're responding about, click the Address tag where you'd like the address to be inserted. This will insert the text {{Address}} into the Reply Text field. When the message is actually sent, the field will be replaced with the actual address from the database for that lead.

Example:

I'd like to know a bit more about {{Address}}. Can you let me know if you've made any recent improvements to the home?

This would become:

I'd like to know a bit more about 123 N 57th St. Can you let me know if you've made any recent improvements to the home?

You can provide multiple replies in different formats in the additional available text boxes. Phone carriers screen for spam, and if they see a large number of the same message coming from one phone number, they will flag the number as spam and the messages will not be sent out. This is why sending alternate messages with different wording is important.

An example alternate message might be:

I just need to know a little more about the house at 123 N 57th St Phoenix AZ 85001. Have you made any improvements to the home?

We recommend having 10 replies per quick reply, to ensure that your replies to your leads are varied. You can add more replies by clicking the Add New Reply Text button.

Once you are done, click to Save the Quick Reply. The Quick Reply is then available to use while texting in the inbox!
